The History of Eastland Heights

Easland Heights was previously owned by Fil-Estate and was called Forest Hills. Many real estate investors were able to buy lots here 20 years ago. A lot of our buyers ask us, why, if this place was already being sold decades ago, then why has it seen little development. Fil-Estate had financial challenges and until 2016 Eastland Heights was put on hold until Megaworld aquired Fil-Estate, which was rebranded as Global Estates Resorts Inc. This group specializes in resort-residential developments such as Newport Boracay and Twinlakes Tagaytay. This makes us excited for what they have planned for Easland Heights considering they focus on leisure type villages. To know more about eastland Heights, watch this.

The Forest Hills Golf Club

You can still work in the city, or go out with friends without having to feel isolated in the mountains and pay toll.
